Aleesha has been able to make herself the top female professional bodybuilder during the later part of the year. Aleesha, born in 1984, comes from an athlete's family. Her father was a bodybuilder while her brothers and sisters were involved in sports such as hockey. Aleesha had played sports before, such as basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha received her professional certificate after she won the NPC USA Championships 2014 She began to compete in 2008, however she has been competing since 2008. In 2014, the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro was her first time competing with a 9th-place finish. In 2015, she maintained her 9th place finish. Both in 2015 and 2016 Aleesha placed sixth place at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha was consistently improving her performance since then has won her first pro competition in Chicago Pro Championships 2019 after having won at the Chicago Pro Championships. Her best performance was at WOS rising Phoenix in 2020. She finished 4th, which was her best performance. However, the "World's most powerful mom" decided to take a break from training for medical motives.
